Which pharmacies do you currently work with?

Elevate My Care works with a network of licensed dispensing pharmacy partners to fulfill prescriptions written by clinicians on our platform. When a prescription is issued, it is routed to one of these partner pharmacies based on the medication prescribed, the patient’s state of residence, and availability. Each partner pharmacy is independently licensed and responsible for dispensing, labeling, and shipping the medication directly to the patient. Our current pharmacy partners, including the licensed entity name that will appear on your prescription label, may include: • DrugStore on East State — The Drugstore at O’Bleness LLC, 934 E State St, Athens, OH 45701 · (740) 566-4690 • DiRx Health — Direct Pharmacy Source, Inc., 3540 NW 56th St, Ste 204, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 · (877) 367-3479 • Curexa — Curexa Pharmacy, 501 Zion Rd, Ste 13-14, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 · (855) 927-0390 • Mycelium — Mycelium Pharmacy LLC, 141 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 · (954) 890-1150 • ChemistryRx — Madame Rx, LLC d/b/a Chemistry Rx, 950 Henderson Blvd, Folcroft, PA 19032 · (855) 790-0100 • Brooksville Rx — Brooksville Pharmaceuticals, 16140 Flight Path Dr, Brooksville, FL 34604 · (352) 848-3446 • Epiq Scripts — Epiq Scripts LLC, 465 W President George Bush Hwy, Ste 240, Richardson, TX 75080 · (833) 654-3553 • Foothills — Foothills Professional Pharmacy Ltd, 2727 W Baseline Rd, Ste 1, Tempe, AZ 85283 · (833) 236-8080 • Southend — Southend Pharmacy, 4802 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, #100, Houston, TX 77086 · (855) 414-5356 • Wells — Wells Pharmacy Network, 3420 Fairlane Farms Rd, Wellington, FL 33414 · (800) 622-4510 Certain branded medications are fulfilled through manufacturer self-pay programs rather than our pharmacy network. Stops viral replication early.

Valacyclovir is an oral tablet, prescription antiviral that is FDA approved to treat genital herpes and cold sores. It interferes with viral DNA synthesis, inhibiting replication and helping to control the infection. It does not cure the infection — the virus remains in the body, and outbreaks may still occur during times of weakened immunity or stress.

Valacyclovir is effective in reducing the frequency and severity of outbreaks. Taken during an active outbreak it can speed healing and reduce pain, itching, and blisters. Taken daily as suppressive therapy it can reduce the number of outbreaks and lower the risk of transmitting herpes to sexual partners, although additional precautions such as condoms are still recommended.

  • Daily suppression to reduce outbreak frequency
  • Reducing transmission risk alongside other precautions
